Is it better to repeat the same workout in a session and then do a different one the next time, or do a variety of workouts in a session? Eg should I do butt X 3 on Monday then on Tuesday do legs X 3, Wednesday abs X 3 etc? Or should I do butt, legs, abs one day then another combo (or the same) the next day?
