When is the perfect time for each round? I mean when is the time for the next round? I do it once a day but I want to add more rounds a day

You can change the number of rounds you do each time. So after your 12 exercises instead of it stopping it repeats the number of times you set.

My goal is to do three rounds each time and at least once a day but I am still working up to that.

actually it does stop you after each round. defeats the purpose of setting the number of circuits having to come back to the phone instead of flowing into the next round
