Full body workout with more variations

I know that classic mode has exercises that cover the whole body but you could add additional exercises. If you had a randomiser program that said choose 12 out of these exercises and repeat them for the # of rounds you do that would add some variety & surprise into the workout.

There are 3 other levels of this plan available on my phone but not on this app for my tablet....kinda frustrating. I went ahead and purchased th e 3 additional levels for variations (plus they were only .99 each) but you can unlock them for free as you earn it through exercising daily and doing double,triple, and extended sessions. I am enjoying this app a lot and it's easy to fit in even a double 7 minute routine in a busy life! On a really busy day if I only do 1 session, I still feel great! Is anyone interested in being an accountability partner? Good luck everyone!

Hi I'm new to the 7 min challenge forum and looking to push myself this year... Mother of 2 and tired of using vacuuming and running up and down stairs after kids and chores as my only physical activity lol.. this is a great way to ease back into strength training without an overwhelming 60min session! I'm up for being a workout partner.
