What advice can be given to someone with a injury dealing with a meniscus tear? What kind of work out can help keep the weight down since I can't participate in high impact activities?

I am Nazmus Sakib Ahmed from Bangladesh. I am 5 feet 4 inches in height and weigh about 68 Kgs which gives a BMI of me being slightly overweight.
I have started doing the 'Classic' mode of this HICT app yesterday but I am not feeling well.
I cannot do the workouts in the recommended manner as I take way more rest time, yet I feel extremely exhausted and feel like I would pass out. It becomes very difficult for me to get past one set without taking plenty of rest. My throat and tongue become very dry and I get the feeling of throwing up. My brain hammers against my skull, so to speak, and my heart pounds like amything. My head spins like I am about to faint and I sweat like hell.
I can't help but lie flat on my bed in the sweat soaked state as I feel extremely lethargic. Should I continue or am I inadvertently causing harm to my body?
