Make sure your diet is balanced. Diet is 80% exercise 20%

I am on day 4 going to day 5 tomorrow. I feel excellent especially because I also changed my eating habits and I am on a 21 day (on day 7 today) wheat free challenge. I was 78kgs when I started and I will weigh in after 14days. I am confident I will see great progress too.Its all in the mind. work hard and stay positive. katiefox

I have had this app for a while now and I would recomend it to anyone trying to lose weight, get toned, or gain muscle. The first 3 weeks I had this app I committed to it doing it 5 days a week the regular one and the abb one and just in a week I already saw resutls, but lost 25lbs in just 3 weeks! I was 200 and after I was 175! This workout really works, you just have to keep up with doing daily but still giving your self some rest days! I hope this motivates you and anyone else who reads it keep up the healthy life!
