I understand the minute program helps to loose weight, and I have been loosing them. But for someone looking to gain weight, I know we are in the minority but we still exist. How can we modify the program or our life style so as we do the 7 minute workout we don't have to experience weight loss but can actually gain healthy weight like muscle mass
