Adding new Indian languages

Hi,
I wish to provide with voice & text for 4 South Indian languages.
Kannada,telegu, Tamil& Malayalam.
Together, nearly 8 million smart phones (250 million residents & nearly 5 million expats... Assuming even 20% Android phones amidst residents... You get nearly 8 million Android phones)
I wish to get these people get fit listening to instructions in our mother tounges...
