Premium Membership Issue

I signed up for the premium and the app doesn’t seem to recognize it. If I go through the process of “Going” premium again it takes me through all the steps, but at the end of it it says I’m already subscribed. How do I get the app to acknowledge my customized plan and stop showing advertisement?

I have the same issue. How unfortunate that your August post still has not been adressed...
If you've figured it out on your own in the meantime, I would very much appriciate any tips.

Hi.
Today my card was discharged on one year payment for the app “weight loss”. I didn’t know about year payment in the app description it was said about month payment, not year!!! I am not ready to pay for all year, because I am not sure about using it for yes. And it is not correct to discharge my money for the year subscription, when it was said about month payment. So please return my money.

Hello Maria,
I would advise you contact them vai another platform say social media or email. As you can see even the first post since August 2018 has not been addressed or attended to. So as not to blow your money down the drain.

I was subscribed but I cancelled it and it still charged me for £37.99 and I would like to be refunded

The app automatically charged me a yearly subscription. I wasn’t ready to pay for a whole year!! I would really appreciate if developers would return my money.

I have subscribed for premium yearly program using my credit card on 6s plus. And after I lost my 6s plus and got new iphone and installed again the app, it doesn’t show I’m in premium version
