I would agree. As I age I'm finding that I'm forced to adapt my exercise routine to prevent doing more damage than good to some of my joints. I love the "Classic" 7-Minute routine but I really need the ability to select a safer exercise from your extensive list and swap it with a higher intensity one in the "Classic" list. Seems like a great feature for the "Pro" version. Please consider this? My wife has already been forced to stop using this app due to this issue. Thanks.
