Purchases not unlocking?

Hi, I purchased ‘unlock all’ on the 30 days fitness app on the 26th december 2017 however despite being charged the full amount they are still locked. I have tried restoring purchases and resetting the app however nothing seems to work, is there anything else I could do or anybody to contact??
