Workout Frequency

I'm currently doing two 7 minute cycles in a row, but only doing the workout 3 days a week. Should I do it every day? I have seen posts that say you need a rest day in between. I'm trying to both add muscle and burn fat and looking for some advice on how best to do the workout.

I've just started, 3 days in, am doing 2-3 workouts/day...would be keen on others' opinion, too.
