Which 30 day challenge should i pick ?

Im not sure if this is the right forum but i didnt find any forum for the 30 day challenge.

I can finish the normal 7 min workout without beeing too exhausted. Maybe 2/5 or 3/5 in exhaustion after the workout. So which level on the 30day challenge should i pick ?
