Although you have not posted your weight and height my assumption is you were underweight before. With this in mind, introducing excercise means you need to strike a balance with your carbohydrate intake to ensure you take enough carbs to burn fat and tone your muscles without losing weight. Remember weight gained fron fat is not healthy fat especially for your major organs. If you are not sure how to maintain the right carb intake, my advice would be to consult a nutritionist to help you with this. The decision to get fit is a great decision and congratulations are in order. Keep the excercise going and help your blood circulation for excellent health.
